St Joseph’s Academy in Kilmarnock

On 8 November, the Ayrshire and Arran Team visited St Joseph’s Academy in Kilmarnock to deliver a bystander CPR and defibrillator awareness session to around 60 enthusiastic S6 pupils.

Thanks to Mrs Shearer, Mr Giroux and Mrs Devine from St Joseph’s Academy, and to St John Scotland Service Delivery Officer PAD & CPR, Debbie McKinnon.

Grateful thanks also for the help and support from Largs First Responder Unit responders Thom and Ryan, who were working in partnership with us to deliver the session.
