Edinburgh's getting CPR ready!

St John Scotland CPR volunteers in Edinburgh have had a busy start to the year, delivering free training to help people across the city learn how they can save a life in the event of cardiac arrest.

We've trained clients of a mentoring project, members a golf club, parents and children from a home schooling group, students at Queen Margaret University, and even staff at the First Minister's official residence, Bute House!

So far in 2019, 11 volunteers have given up a total of 53 hours to train 100 people - that's 100 more people who now have the skills to step in and save a life with CPR.
