Glasgow Uni Students Visit Torphichen Preceptory

This weekend, 250 students from Glasgow University visited the Torphichen Preceptory as part of their first year archeology course.

The site, which is staffed by St John Scotland volunteers, gives a unique insight into the life of the Hospitaller Knights and their community in medieval times.

Keith Stirling, West Lothian Chairman of St John Scotland, and Liam Hackett, from St John Scotland's Edinburgh committee were on hand to greet the students and their tutors.
