help with a Riding for the Disabled holiday
at the St John holiday home in Strathyre
Through the 13 Area Committees, St John Scotland offers financial support to a wide range of local schemes. These include Maggie’s Highland Cancer Caring Centre, Disability Sport Fife and Shopmobility.
Applications are made to the local area committees to consider and then they may be referred to Chapter for approval.
News from Perth and Kinross
The fundraising project for the St John Day Room in the new palliative care facility being built by Macmillan Cancer Support in the grounds of Perth Royal Infirmary has reached its target of £75,000 - an incredible achievement in just one year!
A big event for 2008 was the Am-Am Golf Tournament at Auchterader Golf Club on Monday 16 June which raised £8000.
